Leigh VRS Vacuum & Router Support for Super 18" Jig

The Leigh VRS is an extremely versatile accessory. It acts as both a dust extraction device and a router support. Simply place it on the support brackets of your Leigh Super 18" Dovetail Jig and set your router between the control arms. The result is cleaner, more precise routing!

The innovative design of the VRS captures wood chips at the source, helping deliver virtually dust-free routing. Adjustable control arms accommodate routers with a wide range of base sizes, while the vacuum box automatically follows the router's movement to maintain consistent dust extraction throughout every cut. Two included hose adapters are compatible with most popular shop vacuum hoses from 1" to 2-1/2", making it easy to integrate into your existing dust collection setup.

The support portion of the VRS ensures the router always sits flat and can be securely parked out of the way when clamping boards in the jig. The entire assembly moves up and down with the finger assembly support brackets to accommodate any wood thickness.

The VRS weighs only 2 lbs. and can be hung on shop hooks when not in use, or when changing the finger orientation for easier access.
