About Us

Hi, and welcome to OakTree Supply!

Family owned and operated since 1998, OakTree Supply started out with a single brick and mortar store serving the local Fort Wayne, Indiana woodworking community. Fast forward to 2014 and that’s where we come in. Under new ownership and a fresh perspective, we brought in all of the best woodworking tools and supplies on the market, expanded into the online retail space and began a journey to become the serious woodworkers go-to resource for tools, supplies and knowledge.

Who we are

We are a husband and wife team who are here to help make sure you have all of the tools and know-how to get your next project done right. We both share the day-to-day responsibilities of running the physical and online store, but we also have our own areas of expertise.

Logan is the product master who can answer nearly any question you may have and can get you going in the right direction on your next project. He’s also our outside industrial sales guy, shipping and receiving guy and does all the purchasing! (A man of many talents)

Amanda is the marketing guru. Whether it’s the website, social media, advertisements or emails, she’s behind all the content you see from us.

We wouldn’t be where we are today without the help of our retail staff. Fred and Mark are both amazing woodworkers who can’t seem to fully retire. Fred is our resident turning expert and Mark specializes in furniture and epoxy. Stop by the store to pick their brains for tips on your next project!

Who we serve

The avid woodworker & discerning beginner: If you’re looking for the best tools and supplies on the market, you’re in the right place! It doesn’t matter if you are just starting out or you’ve been woodworking for decades, we have the tools and supplies that will take your skills to the next level. When you shop at OakTree, our support doesn’t stop once you’ve made a purchase. We are here to help you make your next project the best one yet. If you need advice on finding the perfect tool, help determining the best finish or just want some advice on how to execute the idea in your head, let us know!

Industrial and professional workshops: Whether you are an established business or you are just beginning to set up a shop, we can help you find the machinery, tools and supplies that will increase your production speed and quality while saving you time and money. We also supply hardware and consumables to keep your business running efficiently and produce the highest-quality finished products. If you’re looking to improve your manufacturing process but aren’t sure where to start, give us a call or shoot us an email and we’d be happy to help you find the best solution for your business!

What we carry

As much as we wish it wasn’t, our retail and warehouse space is limited, so we have had to be incredibly picky when deciding which brands to carry. We’ve done our research, asked our fellow woodworkers and have taken our own experiences into account to curate a product line that, no matter what you buy from us, you can count on its quality. We focus on the specialty brands you can’t find at your local big-box store, so if you are looking for machinery that will stand the test of time and supplies that will live up to your high expectations, you’ll be glad you found us!

If you don’t see what you’re looking for while on our website or in our store, just ask! We can custom order any machinery, products or replacement parts from the brands we carry.

Thank you for your business & support!

Where we are located

Our U.S. headquarters (and let’s be honest, our only location) is in Fort Wayne, Indiana, but we ship anywhere in the contiguous United States.

If you’re coming to see us from north of Fort Wayne, take Highway 3 (Lima Road) south just past the light at Old Lima Road and turn into the first driveway on your right. Follow the road back until you see us.

If you’re heading up from Fort Wayne, take Highway 3 (Lima Road) north to the light at Old Lima Road. Turn onto Old Lima then turn left onto Plank Street. At the stop sign, make a left and follow the road to the end of the industrial park until you see us on the right.
