Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for purchase in-store and online. In-store gift cards are issued as physical cards. Online purchases are delivered immediately after purchase to the email address used at checkout. Gift card balances are applied to purchases until the full value is used. They can be redeemed for merchandise at our retail location or at OakTreeSupply.com. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and do not expire. Any terms that conflict with local laws are considered void where prohibited.

Pricing Policy
We honor the price guidelines set by the manufacturers of the products we carry. Many of our brands have price policies and dealer agreements that prevent us from offering discounts below a set price. Because of these agreements, we are unable to offer price matching or additional discounts on machinery and select brands. We value our partnerships with these manufacturers and are committed to upholding their pricing standards so that we can continue to offer their products.
OakTree Supply makes every effort to ensure that pricing on our website and in-store is accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors may occur. If an item is listed at a lower price than intended, we’ll do our best to honor that price—provided it does not conflict with our dealer agreements. Any adjustments will be considered on a brand-by-brand and item-by-item basis
