How to Place an Order via Purchase Order (PO)
Step 1: Request a Quote
You can request a quote by filling out the contact form at the bottom of this page or by emailing customerservice@oaktreesupplies.com with:
- The items and quantities you need
- Shipping address (please specify if liftgate delivery is required or if you have a loading dock or forklift on site)
- Any tax-exempt documentation (if applicable)
Step 2: Submit Your Purchase Order
Once your district issues the PO, email it to us at sales@oaktreesupplies.com.
Please ensure the PO is signed, lists line items clearly, and includes billing and shipping contact info.
Step 3: Fulfillment & Invoicing
After the PO is submitted, we will process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Your Accounts Payable department will receive an invoice via email based on our Net 30 terms.

Do you offer liftgate delivery? Yes. We can specify liftgate delivery on freight shipments for schools without loading docks.
Can we pick up our machinery locally? Yes. District staff can pick up most orders directly at our Fort Wayne location to save on freight fees. Some large machinery may need to be delivered directly to your facility. We can provide this information before ordering.
What if our district requires a formal quote or bid? We can provide official line-item quotes upon request. Email your list of items to sales@oaktreesupplies.com.
How does OakTree handle tax exemption? Simply email your completed tax exemption documentation to customerservice@oaktreesupplies.com or submit it with your quote request, and we will set your account to tax-free status once approved.
