Lamello K20 Plastic Biscuits

For use with any Lamello Joiner or biscuit joiner with a 4mm groove cutter.

• Plastic connector with lateral clamping ridges for anchoring in the groove
• Same size as Lamello #20 Biscuits
• Used in combination with wooden biscuits for strong joints
• Holds the workpiece in position until the glue in the wooden biscuit notches has dried
• Can be used for all angles between 22.5° - 180°
• Ideal for difficult-to-clamp pieces like bulkheads, HVAC chases, etc.

The K20 is a plastic biscuit with the same dimensions as #20 wooden biscuits. Its lateral ridges allow it to securely anchor inside the groove. The K20 is ideal for difficult-to-clamp pieces like fillers or covers. It should be used in combination with wooden biscuits, as it holds workpieces in position until the glue is dry, eliminating the need for clamps.

Installation Instructions

1. Set the depth adjustment on a Lamello Biscuit Joiner to 20. Using the 4mm Classic Carbide Cutter, make your biscuit grooves.
2. Insert K20 biscuits into their respective grooves. Do the same for the wooden biscuits.
3. Apply wood glue along the edge of the workpiece where the wooden biscuits are inserted.
   
4. Attach the two workpieces and leave them connected as the glue dries.
