Lamello Clamex Medius P-14/10 Dividing Panel P-System Connectors

For use with Zeta P2 Handheld Joiners or CNC Router with P-System tooling.

Clamex Medius P-14/10 consists of two connectors: a Clamex P-14 top half, and a Medius P-10 bottom half. As a complement to Clamex P-14 Connectors, Clamex Medius is designed for shelving units where two shelves meet the dividing panel at the same height. Common projects that would use Clamex Medius are cupboards, bookshelves, entertainment stands, and wine racks.

Clamex Medius has different installation depths. The Clamex P-14 top half (with the lever) is installed in the shelf, anchored in a 14mm deep P-System groove. The bottom half (Medius P-10) can be fitted back-to-back in a dividing panel measuring just 16mm (5/8") in thickness thanks to its 10mm installation depth.

Installation Instructions

1. Use the Zeta P2 to make a surface cut with the depth adjustment set to 10. You can also use a CNC equipped with P-System tooling.
2. Set the depth adjustment to 14 and make a cut in the edge of the shelf where you will connect it to the other workpiece to create a dividing panel.
3. Use the drilling jig to drill the access hole (Included with Zeta P2 or sold separately).
4. Insert the P-14 connector into the shelf groove, and the Medius P-10 into the surface groove to join the workpieces together.
5. Connect workpieces and secure the joint via the access hole using a 4mm Allen Key or the flexible Clamex Installation Tool. (See secondary images)
