Lamello C20 Transparent Plastic Biscuits (250 Pack)

For use with any Lamello Joiner or biscuit joiner with a 4mm groove cutter.

C20 is an element made of white, translucent plastic in the same dimensions as the #20 biscuit. C20 is applied with adhesive for solid surfaces, which is generally used for the joint. Unlike other biscuits and connectors, C20 will not swell up or show through in thin, white solid-surface panels.

Installation Instructions

1. Set the depth adjustment on a Lamello Biscuit Joiner to 20. Using the 4mm Classic Carbide Cutter, make your biscuit grooves.
2. Insert C20 biscuits in the grooves of one of the workpieces.
3. Apply wood glue along the edge of the workpiece where the biscuits are inserted.
4. Join the workpieces together. Clamp between 30 minutes - 24 hours, depending on the type of joint (stressed joints like angled cuts should be clamped for 24 hours).
