The L’invincibile SI 3 represents the top-of-the-line in SCM's American Sliding Table Saw lineup. This model features SCM's exclusive BLADEOFF safety technology, as well as a massive 15HP motor, a color touch-screen programmer, powered movement functions for the main and scoring blades, and a programmable rip fence for maximum accuracy. This table saw features SCM's exclusive BLADEOFF safety technology. The BLADEOFF system prevents any accidental contact with the blade thanks to smart sensors that recognize human contact. It is a predictive system, meaning it recognizes a potential accident and triggers the stop system before the operator even has a chance to come in contact with the blade. It even works if the operator is wearing gloves.

BLADEOFF is built for real production pace. If it ever activates, the blade is back in position within seconds—no blade damage, no cartridges to swap, and no recalibration downtime. There’s nothing to arm or reset, so operators keep moving and schedules stay intact. BLADEOFF is seamless safety that protects people without slowing the line.

The BLADEOFF system communicates with the operator through a light system. The red light means the saw is in standby mode after a safety intervention. No light communicates that the saw is currently resetting or the BLADEOFF system has been temporarily suspended by the operator. Finally, the green light signifies that the BLADEOFF system is active and the saw is ready to use as normal. 

The L’invincibile SI 3 incorporates a feature that no one else in the industry can touch. The operator can have up to a 550mm blade AND a 160mm scoring blade running on the machine at the same time. This allows you bigger projects and deeper cuts without having to remove your scoring blade!

Deemed the "EYE-S 15" for its 15" touch screen display, this 5 axes electronic control panel gives the operator direct control of the saw. It allows the operator to lift the main blade, lift and move the scoring blade laterally, tilt both blades, and set the parallel fence. The operator can perform all these functions in four different modes: manual, manual incremental, semi-automatic, and automatic.

The operator can also set blade speed via the EYE-S 15. It has a storage capacity of up to 1,000 programs, a cut sequencer of pre-loaded parametric working programs, the ability to create and store new sequenced working programs, and automatic acquisition of work quotas from the Thundercut App.

Utilize SCM's Thundercut App to get the most out of the SI 3. This app is compatible with iOS and Android operating systems, and allows you to:

• Manage stock material and guides you through the cut
• Create and modify projects, import projects from the main furniture design software ("cpout" file format), and import cutting lists
• Choose different cutting patterns based on app's suggestions, such as "minimum waste," "maximum speed," etc.
• View machine configuration in 2D or 3D
• Print panel labels

Installation & Training
Included installation will be performed by an SCM factory-trained service technician or certified dealer technician. Installation is defined as assembling the machine to its "ready-to-run" state; it does not include floor/masonry work or running electrical, pneumatic, or dust extraction services. Training will be conducted on site by the technician after installation is completed.

Warranty
SCM warrants that every machine is free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year beginning on the date the machinery is accepted by the customer. Belts, bearings, and common electrical parts carry a six-month warranty. This warranty does not include wearable items or maintenance required in the ordinary course of operation.
