The 209BHH-3 has an impressive 20" cutting width capacity and an 8" thickness capacity, enabling high-throughput processing of wide panels and heavy stock. This machine is driven by a 5 horsepower, 230V, single-phase motor, providing the ability to handle stock that a 15" class machine cannot.

The four-row helical cutterhead utilizes 68 four-sided carbide inserts operating at 5,200 RPM, producing a consistent, professional surface finish with reduced noise and tear-out. These inserts can be rotated to be used on all four sides, expanding cutting life. An integrated digital readout (DRO) provides exact, repeatable thickness control, and two feed speeds (16 FPM and 28 FPM) let operators balance finish quality and throughput based on material and schedule demands.

Solid cast-iron infeed and outfeed tables on the 209BHH-3 make up for a combined 51-1/2" surface, delivering the rigidity and vibration damping required for consistent results at production volumes. A 4" bi-directional dust port maintains effective chip management, and an oversized emergency stop with upgraded caster locking and braking system supports operator safety in high-use environments.
