The 13" cast iron Bed Extension is designed exclusively for the 2014B Woodworking Lathe, increasing the distance between centers from 20" to 33" when mounted level with the lathe bed. It can also be positioned for extended spindle work or lowered to accommodate outboard turning.

A post extender is included. When the extension is mounted in the lowered position for outboard turning, the post extender raises the tool rest to the correct centerline height for proper tool control and operator safety.
