Next Wave CNC Shark HD644 PRO

The Shark HD644 is built like a tank. Built with industrial-grade components including a reinforced aluminum/steel gantry, linear rails, fully closed loop motors, and anti-backlash lead screws, the Shark HD644 PRO is designed to perform. The Shark HD644 PRO package comes with a 3HP water-cooled spindle, 1/4" and 1/2" collets, and a 10.1" touchscreen pendant controller.

An expanded cutting area of 50" x 50" x 7" on the HD644 allows you to tackle large and complex projects with ease. The updated linear gantry design and lead screws provides superior accuracy and reliability, as well as higher speeds. The upgraded 36V controller electronics delivers increased power to the motor, enabling speeds up to 1,000 IPM!

The aluminum cradle is designed for any spindle motor with an 80mm barrel diameter. The included 3HP water-cooled spindle features digital control and comes with both a 1/2" and 1/4" collet. The HD644 has a true closed-loop, encoded motor system for superior torque, speed, and precision—accurate to +/-0.001".

The Shark HD644 works best with Vectric VCarve Pro software (sold separately), but it's also compatible with Aspire, Fusion 360, Cam Master, and more. Proudly made in the USA and carries a 2-year warranty.

Note: CNC does not come with table or wooden table top. Minimum table size is 64" length x 64" width. We recommend using a 68" x 68" table top with 1-1/2" depth (2 layers of 3/4" plywood).
