Blade Length & Width:

M-Factor FB+ Band Saw Blades are carbide-tipped for fast, straight cuts in abrasive and non-ferrous materials. The triple chip tooth design means a trapezoidal tooth cuts the initial groove, followed by a flat-top tooth that cleans out chips. These blades are best for cutting hard materials and will have exceptionally long lives. Ideal for furniture makers, foundries, and graphite manufacturers.

Made in Ohio!

These blades are also available in 146" - 261" lengths.

Note: It is recommended that you do not break these blades in. All MK Morse Carbide-Tipped Blades are broken in during the manufacturing process to optimize cutting performance. Further breaking in the blade can decrease cutting efficiency and blade life.

Lead Time: M-Factor FB+ blades are made to order and typically ship in 3-10 business days. Production times may vary and are subject to change.

Features
  • Triple chip tooth design for long life

MK Morse M-Factor FB+ Carbide Tipped Band Saw Blade

I originally ordered a Resaw King through this company. After waiting for three months they told me that Laguna had changed factory locations and were going to take a lot longer. They suggested that I take the blade by MK Morse. I have used MK in the past without satisfaction and didn’t want to again. I said preferred the Resaw King. The rep said that the MK blade was comparable and had great reviews by her colleagues and locals. I accepted. The one inch blade came. I was excited. I installed it and it had a giant warp that swung the blade in a twist so bad that even with my guides tight it, the teeth would swing from right to left by a quarter inch. I sent video and pictures of this. They didn’t want those, they wanted a photo of the weld and of the blade lying on the floor. They were quick to reply with each email until I sent the photos of the blade on the floor and the weld. I haven’t heard from them since. I can’t use the blade they sent and have so me put my worn out blade back on the squeeze out a few more cuts. At this point I’m unclear of what they are doing. The Resaw King by Laguna has been my favorite for years. Always cuts great and can be re-sharpened. Cuts hardwoods and G10 just fine. Smooth lines. Not the MK blades. This company told me they were comparable. Not really. I’m my experience there is a reason one is called the Resaw King and one has a hard to remember name.
