QuikSilver HEF (Hard Edge Flex Back) Hook band saw blades are designed to be more fatigue-resistant and offer longer blade life than hard back blades. The hook pitch design features equally spaced teeth and wide, rounded gullets, resulting in excellent chip removal and cleaner cuts in non-metallic applications.
The aggressive rake angle provides better tip penetration with less feed pressure, making these blades ideal for very fast cuts in wood applications. Can be resharpened.
