The Details:

The 40V max XGT Brushless Compact Router is a powerful and ergonomically-sound tool designed for demanding routing tasks. The 1.5HP motor and variable speed control dial (10,000 - 31,000 RPM) allow users to match speed to the application at hand. Thanks to its slim design, this router is excellent for edge routing. The GTR01D1 Kit includes a 40V max XGT Battery (2.5Ah) and Rapid Optimum Charger.

Convenience features include the soft start feature, dual LED lights that illuminate the workpiece, and an on/off button with a separate lock button. There’s also a quick-release cam lock system for quick depth adjustments and easy base removal/installation. For even more versatility, the router accepts industry-standard template guides.
