If you want a cordless jobsite but need maximum power, look no further than the Makita 40V max XGT line. This combo kit (GT400M1D1) includes the tools needed for demanding drilling, driving, and sawing applications. It also comes with two batteries and a rapid charger, all packed inside a Makita-branded tool bag for easy transport. All tools feature Makita Extreme Protection Technology (XPT), which protects them from dust and water, making them ideal for use anywhere!
The 40V max XGT 7-1/4” Circular Saw provides cordless convenience while taking on high-demand applications. It has a large cutting capacity of 2-5/8” at 90° and a brushless motor that delivers 6,000 RPM for high-speed cutting performance. The saw is also AWS-capable. AWS is a Bluetooth technology that communicates with Makita AWS Dust Extractors, allowing the saw to power on when the dust extractor does. This saves you time and increases productivity.
Both the Hammer Driver-Drill and the Impact Driver are powered by Makita-built brushless motors. The 1/2" Hammer Driver-Drill offers two speed settings (0-650 and 0-2,600 RPM and 0-9,750 and 0-39,000 BPM). The Impact Driver has four speed settings (0-1,100/ 0-2,100/ 0-3,200/ 0-3,700 RPM & 0-1,100/ 0-2,600/ 0-3,600/ 0-4,400 IPM), which gives users up to 50% faster speed compared to Makita's LXT Impact Driver.
The Cordless LED Flashlight provides 160 lumens and up to 55 hours of continuous illumination on a single charge (when using the included 40V max XGT 4.0 Ah battery). The 12-position, 170° pivoting head provides a range of direction, giving you the light you need for accurate work in even the darkest workspace.
