"Heavy-duty" takes on a whole new meaning with the Mafell MKS 130Ec Circular Saw. It features a massive 5-1/16" cutting depth capacity couple with a high-output CUprex motor that delivers constant speed under load. The MKS 130Ec is designed for professional carpenters, timber framers, and contractors who need the power and features of a stationary table saw in a portable handheld saw.
Along with its impressive cutting depth, the MKS 130Ec also has a bevel capacity up to 60° for precise angled cuts. Even at 60° the saw still maintains an impressive 2-9/16" cutting depth. Cut at a 60° angle and then return to the 90° position without fine-tuning or re-squaring. It's simple to set the depth thanks to the easy-to-read scale and a control wheel that allows you to accurately dial in your exact measurements without needing to constantly double-check dimensions.
Safety is paramount on this saw, with features like a fast-acting motor brake, self-closing saw guard, and an on/off with an integrated starting lockout button. The MKS 130Ec is also incredibly lightweight thanks to its die-cast magnesium housing and impact-resistant, fiberglass-reinforced plastic components.
