Designed for both shop and on-site work, it combines the precision of a stationary machine with the flexibility of a handheld tool, making it easy to produce perfectly aligned joints every time. The DDF 40 is the top choice for Euro-style cabinetry (32mm system) because its dual-bit spacing is exactly 32mm apart, allowing it to drill shelf pin holes and construction joints without extra jigs.

  • Molded side stops on the baseplate allow holes to be drilled at a repeatable, fixed distance of 1-15/16" (49mm) from the edge. Additionally, two spring-loaded pins in the baseplate provide a 5/8" (15.5mm) offset from the edge, enabling fast, repetitive drilling across multiple workpieces without any measuring or marking.
  • Features a rotary knob that clicks into place to instantly adjust the fence height for different wood thicknesses, making switching material sizes completely foolproof.
  • Low-profile housing ensures drilling pressure is perfectly aligned with the bits, eliminating tool rock and ensuring perfectly straight holes every time.
