The VRS is an attachment that effectively captures dust and supports the area of the base plate that overhangs the finger assembly. The router rests on the channel and is positioned between two wire control arms that guide the dust chute below, keeping the chute aligned with the cutter as it traverses the jig.
This accessory also supports the router and ensures it always sits flat. It allows the router to be securely parked out of the way when clamping boards in the jig. Includes two adapters to fit 1" to 2-1/2" vacuum hoses.
