Leigh TD330 Through Dovetail Jig

A simple and straightforward jig that allows you to make strong and attractive through dovetails. With a workpiece width capacity of 12-7/8", the TD330 Through Dovetail Jig is excellent for drawers and boxes. Compatible with most midsize routers (1.5HP to 2.25 HP) with a 1/2" collet, and router tables with a 1-3/8" counter bore insert ring.

Make through dovetails in multiple sizes, and on boards of different thicknesses. Few other dovetail jigs as simple as the TD330 offer a way to rout through dovetail joints this well. The jig is double-sided, with pin templates on one side and tail templates on the other. Joints can be fine tuned to a snug and precise fit with the supplied eccentric guide bushing, and their positioning can be adjusted with cams mounted on the jig.

The TD330 can accommodate boards up to 12-7/8" wide and from an incredibly thin 1/8”, up to a massive 13/16" thick. The included 8° dovetail bit routs the tail board, first part of the through dovetail joint. The second part, or the pin board, is then routed with the included 1/2" straight bit. The TD330 jig can be clamped to a board mounted in a vice on a workbench or on a portable workmate for stable and versatile work holding.
