These Isoloc Templates replace your dovetail jig's finger assembly and allow you to create unique joinery such as key, clover, ellipse, and wave joints. They are primarily designed for half-blind joints, but several of the patterns can be used to produce through and end-on-end joints. Ideal for creating stunning shadows, inlays, and offset joints on furniture and cabinets.

It takes less than a minute to replace the dovetail finger assembly on your Leigh Dovetail Jig with one of three Isoloc templates. Isoloc joints are as easy to rout as finger/box joints and even easier than dovetails. Each template has two joint patterns. A 5/16” or 8mm straight bit, preferably an upcut spiral, does all the routing. Template scales have both inch and mm markings for easy and precise measurement.

Perfectly fitting joints are easy using the Variable Template Guidebush System (VGS) patented “fit” technology, included with each template. When attached to your router base, Leigh’s unique VGS guarantees easy and precise joint fit with its three tapered guide bushings, one for each comb size. This adjustable 3-piece guide bushing mounts to your router base. Rotating the tapered barrel of the VGS, up or down, increases or decreases its active diameter.

Compatible with most midsize routers (1.5HP to 2.25HP) with a 1/2" collet. Includes I1A, I1B, and I1C Templates.
