Leigh B975 Box Joint & Beehive Jig

Leigh's B975 is a multi-purpose jig that allows you to make 1/2" and 3/4" box joints, as well as supers for beehive projects. Compatible with midsize routers from 0.5HP to 2.25HP with a 1/2" collet, or router tables with a 1-3/8" diameter counter bore insert ring. Ideal for boxes, drawers, step stools, and more.

This versatile jig is easy to use. Simply guide your router around the 1/2" comb or the 3/4" comb of the template to rout accurate box joints. The B975 is capable of creating box joints on material up to 13/16" thick and 17-13/16" wide.

Built with a durable glass-reinforced nylon template for years of reliable use, the B975 also features Leigh's patented e10 elliptical eBush, allowing micro-adjustments as small as .001" to dial in perfect joint fit without changing bits or templates. Adjustable side stops ensure proper alignment between pin and socket boards, while the included 1/2" shank router bit delivers clean, smooth cuts right out of the box. 

For larger projects, the included step-over cams make it easy to rout boards wider than the jig itself, giving you the flexibility to tackle everything from cabinet drawers to step stools and heavy-duty storage boxes.
