Lamello Clamex S-18 Connectors

Use with any Lamello Biscuit Joiner.

• Detachable, two-part connector secured by screws in an 8mm groove

Clamex S-18 is a detachable connector that can be used with any Lamello Biscuit Joiner. It is screwed into an 8mm groove and connected via a lever. The 8mm groove is created by making two cuts with the 4mm Classic Cutter, or one cut with the 8mm Clamex S Reversible Carbide Cutter.

This connector is a popular solution for open shelf units, large pieces of furniture and angled counters, while also being used as a general gluing aid. It is also frequently employed as an aesthetic, high-quality connection for premium products.

Installation Instructions:

1. Make your surface cut and edge cut with any Lamello Biscuit Joiner (cut twice for each groove if using 4mm cutter).
2. Use the included marking jig to drill the 6mm access hole.
3. Insert both connector halves into their grooves. Secure them with M3 X 15mm screws (included with 18 ct. only).
4. Connect both workpieces and tighten the connects with a Clamex Installation Tool (sold separately) or a 4mm Allen key.
