Produce up to 275 cabinet doors per day with the #717C-TDC Triple Door Clamping System! The large 38" x 96" capacity is designed for a wide variety of stile and rail door sizes.

The intuitive feature of the JLT Trident Pin System quickens changeover time, maximizing speed and efficiency. It allows users to switch between varying door dimensions in seconds without needing to constantly relocate horizontal clamp assemblies. The pin is positioned as close to the center of the door as possible to act as a fixed squaring reference point. Users can also easily remove the center squaring bar to clamp larger interior/exterior doors.

JLT Door Clamps have heavy-duty jaws that bring pressure directly to the corners of your pieces, exactly where they need it. A single lever valve activates the pneumatic clamping system, while cross clamps adjust in a single motion for faster changeovers between jobs. The 60° vertical working angle provides comfortable access for the operator, while the heavy-duty steel construction is designed to withstand the demands of daily production.

The 60° working angle provides comfortable access during assembly, and with the included UHMW Border Kit, the system can also be used to precisely clamp and square MDF and HDF cabinet doors.

Every JLT Door Clamp comes pre-squared, ensuring precision. The #717C-TDC-PL comes with a UHMW Border Kit, six vertical clamps, and one horizontal clamp.
