Freud's Ultimate High Production Cut-Off blades features a high tooth count, alternate face shear technology and a 25-degree High Alternate Top Bevel (Hi-ATB) tooth geometry to decrease cutting pressure for less blowout and superior finishes in extremely high-speed cutting applications. Freud-made TiCo Hi-Density Carbide coupled with Freud's Silver I.C.E. (Industrial Cooling Element) coating gives these blades the longest run time of any optimizing blade on the market.
This range features unique laser-cut anti-vibration slots, which practically eliminate the vibration that resonates in standard blades producing a ready to profile material edge. Freud's Ultimate High Production Cut-Off blades are precisely the best when it comes to more production capabilities, higher cut quality, and less down time making these the highest value for today's production environment.
Ideal for glass-smooth finishes when crosscutting hard and soft woods, so no sanding is required. Depth of cut 1/4" min. to 1-5/8" max.
