Veritas Dovetail Saws combine critical characteristics of classic joinery with modern production processes and high-quality materials. This saw delivers fast, clean cuts along the grain for dovetail joinery.

The saw's spine is molded from an advanced combination of stainless-steel powder for weight, glass fiber for stiffness, and a polymer resin binder. The pistol-grip design of the wooden handle makes it intuitive to hold the saw with the index finger resting on the spine, which provides strength and rigidity.

With 20 teeth-per-inch and a rake angle of 14° (and included angle of 60°), the Veritas Fine-Cut Dovetail Saw is ideal for stock under 1/2" thick. At less than 1 lb. in weight and 14-1/4" long, it is easily maneuverable through a full dovetail-cutting session.
