The CMT Heavy-Duty Glue Line Rip Blade is designed for professional woodworkers who require high precision and durability from their saw blades. Glue Line Rip Blades produce an extremely smooth, chip-free edge that is ready for immediate gluing.
CMT Industrial Chrome Saw Blades feature a special carbide that reduces tooth abrasion, allowing the cutting teeth to stay sharper longer. Silver-Copper-Silver Tri-Metal Brazing prevents carbide from breaking during the cooling process and allows teeth to withstand high stress and impact, especially when cutting harder woods and composite materials.
This blade features "CMT XTREME Balancing," an extremely accurate and dynamic balancing system. There are also laser-cut slots filled with polyurethane, which reduces vibrations and noise by 25% compared to standard saw blades. Located close to the toothed crown, these slots act as shock absorbers isolating the teeth from vibration, which leads to improved cut quality and longer blade life.
