The LM116 Easy Lock Miter Machine does exactly what its name suggests — easily creates the difficult lock miter joint that is highly sought after in many woodworking applications. Many shops use the LM116 for cabinetry, beams, pillar/column wrapping, box newel posts, solid surface, and more!

Say goodbye to long hours spent trying to precisely cut and fit miter joints on the router table. The LM116 will significantly reduce not only your production time, but setup, gluing, clamping, and sanding as well! No more downtime setting up and changing angles or thickness, and no running pieces on their side.

The LM116  allows you to cut 1/2" to 1" material with no changeout. A & B profiles can be cut with the exclusive pneumatic Power Tilt Spindle. Going from A to B and back to A is done with a simple flip of a switch. Different angles are simply dialed in and verified with a digital readout. Capable of machining angles from 90° – 30° (Finish Angle).
