Built for shops that run long hours, this heavy-duty planer moulder is designed to keep production moving without sacrificing finish quality. With four cutting modes (single, double, three-sided, or four-sided planing and moulding), you can configure the machine to match the job at hand, whether you’re running high volumes of S4S lumber or dialing in detailed crown profiles.
Each spindle on the M412 is driven by its own dedicated motor, delivering steady power and smooth cuts across all heads, even in dense hardwoods or wide moulding stock. The left vertical spindle can be adjusted both forward and backward to accommodate workpiece width. The top horizontal spindle features two planer knives and two pattern knives to plane and mould at the same time.
To fine-tune results, variable feed speed on the M412 ranges from 11 to 52 ft. per minute, giving you the flexibility to slow things down for premium finishes or speed up for maximum throughput. A digital, motorized thickness control panel shows measurements in both inches or mm, and makes setup fast and repeatable. Mechanical digital readouts on the side heads provide clear, accurate adjustments.
The M412 comes standard with both infeed and outfeed tables to support longer material for smoother feeding and consistent results. A see-through top guard gives operators a clear view of the cutterheads during operation, improving visibility without compromising safety.
