Big Horn Aluminum Blast Gate 5"

The Big Horn 5" Aluminum Blast Gate is engineered to control airflow in dust collection systems by directing suction only to the machine. This improves system efficiency and helps maintain cleaner work areas by reducing wasted airflow. This model is compatible with most 5" dust collection systems and is well-suited for tools such as jointers, router tables, small planers, drill presses, and benchtop saws.

Made from cast aluminum with a precision steel sliding gate, the unit features a locking knob that holds the gate in place. A full-length slot extends through the back of the gate body to allow chips and dust to clear from the groove, preventing debris buildup that can obstruct closing.

Use with standard hose clamps (sold separately) to ensure a secure and airtight connection.
