The Powermatic 3520C pairs vibration-dampening cast-iron with ergonomic controls and intuitive digital readouts. These features reduce user fatigue and deliver smooth, precise control during long turning sessions. With a powerful 2HP motor and an impressive 36" between centers, this lathe is ideal for woodworkers or contractors turning medium-to-large projects, such as table legs or bed posts.

Enhanced features of the 3520C include a moveable control box for maximum versatility, adjustable riser blocks for 4" of height adjustment, and an increased weight of 726 lbs. (814 lbs. with the bed extension). The moveable control box magnetically mounts to the headstock or anywhere along the lathe bed, and has a digital speed readout, variable speed control dial, start/stop buttons, and a forward/reverse switch.

Additional features include an ergonomic spindle lock design, anti-rotation tailstock key for smoother operation, a set of dead centers which hold a spindle for visual comparison, a two-position mount for the optional bed extension, and a sliding hammer knockout rod with brass tip.

Please note: This lathe cannot be run on a GFCI circuit.
