The Mafell K 85 EC Circular Saw is designed for heavy-duty sawing applications in woodworking, furniture-making, and construction/contract work. It cuts up to 3-7/16" thick, making it ideal for working with any type of wood, including denser types like walnut and maple. With its unique FLIPPKEIL plunge cut system that features a riving knife that disappears into the protective cover during plunges, the K 85 EC is truly in a class of its own.

At the heart of the K 85 EC Saw is the high-output CUprex motor. It enables variable cutting speed and adjusts to your material and application for precise results. Equipped with no-load speed reduction and overload protection, both the saw and the user are protected through every cut.

Like all Mafell Circular Saws, the K 85 EC also works seamlessly with the Mafell Guide Rail System. It can cut angles up to 60° and then returns to the 90° position without fine-tuning or re-squaring. The saw also features "constant cut" display, which automatically adjusts to the pointer based on the tilt angle, ensuring the most accurate cuts.
