Mafell Cordless Track Saw Complete Cross-Cutting System KSS 40 18M BL

The Mafell KSS 40 18M BL is the ultimate cordless saw for contractors, roofers, and anyone working outdoors where extension cords simply aren't practical. Weighing only 8 lbs., this saw is the lightest battery-powered cross-cutting system on the market. Using two or three batteries, most users are able to cut with the KSS 40 18M BL all day long. This system includes a cross-cutting guide rail, two Li-HD 99W batteries, 120V charger, Flexi-Guide, and other accessories (see "Includes" tab for more).

Versatile and powerful, the KSS 40 18M BL offers the benefits of five saws in one: cross-cut saw, plunge-cut saw, shadow gap saw, and portable circular saw with or without the Flexi-Guide. Its special design can perform close-to-the-wall cutting and create shadow gaps or expansion joints as narrow as 13mm (about 1/2").

The special 11-13/16" cross-cutting guide rail allows for fast and perfect cross-cuts at any angle from -45° to 60° with smart stops at important markers such as 0° for square cuts. The saw easily attaches to the guide rail thanks to a T-slot ridge on its base. It detaches just as easily with a flip of the quick-release lever.

Also included in this system is the Flexi-Guide FX 140, an innovative 4.5 ft. track-on-the-go that rolls and unrolls for easy transportation and storage. The Flexi-Guide allows you to accurately make cuts up to 4.5 ft. (1.4m) long with minimum effort. It can be clamped to a workpiece using the Mafell Extension/Flexi Clamp.
