The Minimax AD 21 is a single-head multiple boring machine with 21 spindles, ideal for craftsmen and professional workshops. The aluminum-casting drilling head runs on 2 cylindrical guides, which ensure stability and precision. The user can adjust the drilling depth between 0 and 60 mm via the 5-position revolving lever.
All the controls for the Minimax AD 21 are ergonomically positioned on the front of the machine. Now featured on the AD 21 is a control that automatically tilts the drilling head at the desired angle (0° / 45° / 90°). This is activated by a pneumatic circuit, saving the operator time from having to set the angle manually.
The mechanical calibration gauge guarantees fast and precise positioning of the lateral, cast-iron fence. This 9.8' fence features a scale and retractable flip stops for supporting larger panels. The fence can be mounted and dismounted quickly and easily.
Optional Installation & Training
When purchased, installation will be performed by an SCM factory-trained service technician or certified dealer technician. Installation is defined as assembling the machine to its "ready-to-run" state; it does not include floor/masonry work or running electrical, pneumatic, or dust extraction services. Training will be conducted on site by the technician after installation is completed.
Warranty
SCM warrants that every machine is free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year beginning on the date the machinery is accepted by the customer. Belts, bearings, and common electrical parts carry a six-month warranty. This warranty does not include wearable items or maintenance required in the ordinary course of operation.
