The chisel is an indispensable member of any woodworking tool set. From cutting mortises, to shaving rough surfaces, to scraping off glue, chisels are an extremely versatile hand tool. Crown's prolific engineering is well known for making incredibly durable wood chisels.
These chisels are hot forged from the finest carbon steel, and hardened and tempered to achieve a Rockwell hardness of 57/60. The blade is hand ground and designed to last up to 6 times longer than regular carbon tools. Features walnut handles with brass ferrule.
