The Locked Dado Pro Set from CMT sets a new benchmark for safety and performance in stacked dado blades. It’s the first dado set to meet UNI EN847 compliance, meaning the chippers, spacers, and outer blades are engineered so they never contact each other while spinning, even if a saw’s brake system activates. This design eliminates the risk of carbide impact and helps protect both the operator and the tool.

Unlike traditional stacked dado sets that require piecing together multiple components, the Locked Dado Pro fits together as a single, integrated unit. The blades feature Orange Shield, CMT's registered and trademarked non-stick protective coating.
